Founded in 2010, the Grand CIEL network is a cultural cooperation initiative dedicated to structure and develop the circus industry in the Grand Est (North East of France). As such, the association constitutes, for the professionals of the 25 cultural structures, a space of exchange which allows to progressively reinforce the influence of creative circus on the regional territory. Members pursue common objectives.
